Technical Assistance
Grants alone will not create a stable infastructure. To make optimum use of their grant dollars, cultural groups must hone their marketing, fundraising and organizational development skills to remain competitive in the current economy. RAC's techinical assistance services give these groups the tools necessary to grow their programs and achieve stability. The RAC provides workshops on IRS compliance, accounting, grantwriting, marketing, strategic planning and organizational and professional development for artists, arts organizations and other non-profit community groups. RAC staff also offer consultations on an individual basis with Riverside artists and arts organizations to help them increase their visibility and their audiences.
